Small wild mackerel from the Galician Rias.

 

Selected specimens from the Atlantic Ocean, a completely handmade product that gets its special and admired taste. They undergo a careful process of roasting, grilling and packaging by hand and are preserved in olive oil.

 

Tasting notes:

Whole mackerel, characteristic colour, compact texture with excellent aroma and flavour.

 

Species: Scomber scombrus.

Origin: Atlantic Ocean.

Contents: Mackerel, olive oil, salt.
