Small Mackerels in Olive Oil

Small wild mackerel from the Galician Rias.

Selected specimens from the Atlantic Ocean, a completely handmade product that gets its special and admired taste. They undergo a careful process of roasting, grilling and packaging by hand and are preserved in olive oil.
