This product cannot be called "foie gras" but has the same taste.
To ensure the optimum quality of Foie Royale duck liver, a storage temperature between 2 and 4° C is recommended. Foie Royale duck liver can be prepared and served in many different ways. Foie Royale duck liver can be boiled, gratinated, grated and fried. If you would like to enjoy Foie Royale pure on a bread or brioche, the Foie Royale should be taken out of the fridge no more than 15 minutes before.
Either way, it is a real delicacy.
The original idea
The natural liver (foie), small and dark red in appearance, is reworked, cooked and packaged to produce a wonderful tasting "block of foie", unique in texture, structure, colour and melting behaviour, silky smooth and perfect every time, and all this without any additives.
