This can truly work wonders for dark basic sauces! The concentrate consists of just three ingredients: red wine, dry sherry and Madeira wine. These liquids are reduced and then bottled. Two tablespoons for 200 ml sauce are enough to lend a refined flavor to dark sauces.
King’s recommendation: The concentrate tastes particularly delicious in sauces accompanying dark meats such as beef, lamb and game. It is especially recommended with venison and all types of stews.
