Artichokes and truffles are an exciting combination. The earthiness of the truffle is perfect for the artichokes.

Ingredients: Artichokes 60%, water, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, white wine, Grana Padano cheese, summer truffles (Tuber aestivum vitt) 3%, lemon juice, salt, corn starch, parsley, sunflower lecithin, flavouring, garlic, fresh mint, black pepper.
