Char Roe These char roe are obtained from the Lüneburg Heath in the char shedding process.

These roe are wild-caught from the Volga. Its small yellow grain is characterized by its very delightful, distinctive flavor. In this way, it comes very close to the Sturgeon caviar. Prepared right in Astrakhan using the Malossol method.

The only wild-caught roe from Western Europe. This rarity from Scandinavian or German origin is also know as whitefish or vendace caviar.
