Right of withdrawal and return

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not grant a right of withdrawal or return.

We handle your order with the utmost care. If, despite our attention, you have a complaint regarding our products, enquiries will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

In any case, the buyer undertakes to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt to check that they are in good condition. Any complaints regarding the quality and integrity must be communicated to Caviar House & Prunier City GmbH without delay and at the latest within 24 hours of delivery, failing which the delivery will be deemed to have been accepted. Any complaint must be supported by a photo of the product and the return label and sent by e-mail or fax.
