Due to the high demand for Balik Sushi, we have decided to create the "Balik Fillet Sashimi Style". The first and so far only non-smoked Balik salmon product is a treat for every gourmet and sushi lover. As with the smoked Balik products, we use only the choicest salmon (Salmo Salar) from the ice-cold waters of Norway for Balik Sashimi. After lightly salting the whole side of the salmon, the back is carefully cut out in accordance with the classic Balik filleting art.
We recommend serving the Balik Fillet Sashimi in thin, diagonally cut tranches - SASHIMI STYLE!
This raw salmon is salted and parried according to the Balik method. The fillet is cut sashimi style.
