Product information of "BALIK OVERTURE GRAVLAX 200 g"

The 200g portion of Balik Overture Gravlax is cut from the whole Balik Side Gravlax - the "small portion" from the whole side.

 

Gravlax literally means "buried salmon". This natural method of preserving freshly caught salmon for several weeks was discovered by the Scandinavians centuries ago. We have adapted and refined this tradition for ourselves. After smoking and parrying, the Balik Side Gravlax is rubbed with a mixture of dill, salt, pepper and sugar and then stored in the refrigerator for at least 1 day to marinate. The marinated sides are then cut and packaged.

 

We recommend our delicious Balik mustard and dill sauce and our Balik bread to accompany Balik Gravlax.

Shelf life: at least 12 days

Store in a cool place between +2 and +5 degrees
