Since we are of course familiar with the situation regarding the eel stock, our raw material for the PRUNIER smoked fish selection comes from a German aquaculture.
Only the best pointedhead eels are used for our smoked eel fillet. These are gently pickled by the smoker before smoking in the brine lake.
