Happy Foie is the "unstuffed" alternative to conventional foie gras. Culinary pleasure at eye level - without stuffing and with a clear conscience. The liver comes from free-range animals from species-appropriate husbandry. Happy Foie can be processed, prepared and enjoyed just like conventional Bloc Foie Gras.
