Our sturgeon butter and rillettes are made with our Prunier sturgeon fillets.

Enjoyed on toast, our sturgeon butter and rillettes go well with a dry, slightly fruity white wine.

 

We developed the recipes with chef friends and then realised them in collaboration with an artisan canning company in France.

As with our caviars, we take care to use recipes that are free from colourings and preservatives, as close as possible to a traditional production method that guarantees an unforgettable texture and flavour.
