The egg pasta is made in the TartufLanghe pasta factory using artisanal methods, rolled and packaged by hand. The pasta is bronze pressed, rolled and cut with a knife: all these steps guarantee a particularly elastic consistency and an excellent hold when cooking.
Cook the tagliolini in 2 liters of boiling salted water for about 3-4 minutes. Drain al dente and toss in a pan with a knob of melted butter or season with olive oil or sauce. Serve the pasta steaming hot and sprinkled with grated cheese.
