Our selection of Balik Sjomga revives the Scandinavian tradition of further refining and flavouring smoked salmon with exquisite ingredients. Taken from the belly of the salmon (Salmo Salar), the fillets are subjected to a light smoking process before any marinating. In addition to using classic dill, Balik has redefined the traditional marinating recipe with exotic oranges, ginger and floral honey.
Balik Sjomga Tradition is prepared with the utmost attention and lightly smoked. The aroma of the salmon fillet is shaped by the light marination with organic dill. Cut into strips vertically to the grain, it is a special treat. With the 20 or so fine strips thus obtained, you have an ideal basis for ever new variations, according to your personal preferences.
